Good news! My application has been approved and my passport has been stamped!
Now I just have to wait for VFS to receive it haha, they still don't have it
I submitted mine on September 8, and it was transmitted to NDVO on September 9. As of right now, my application is approved and closed on MyCIC, meaning my passport is stamped and CoPR issued, but VFS still don't have it back yet, since their tracker still says it is being processed at NDVO.
I have submitted mine on 9th Sep for correction in COPR and on 13th Sep, I got a call from Canada High commission, the guy was asking why I have sent passport again , i replied that there is a correction in my COPR where my martial status is single and in my wife's COPR its married. Then he said that he will send new COPR within 2-3 days. But as of today no update from any one.

Yeah, it sounds like there was no movement on anything submitted on or after September 7 for a while there. Now that it seems like they are finally moving, you should hopefully hear back from them soon.
.Received PPR on the 7th of Sept'16 and submitted passports at VFS Mumbai on 8th Sept'16. Yesterday checked the status and found that the passports have been stamped and now I have to go to VFS to collect them.
Checked the status on CIC site also, found that it has also been updated!
I had not opted for the service giving updates through sms/e-mail. So, I checked it myself, on the VFS site itself.
Just an hour back, collected the passports. They have given a Visa stamp on the passport and also provided two copies of COPR document, which are to be carried while landing at Canada. Another document has all the details regarding what all needs to be done or carried while travelling to Canada.
