Submitted ITA with an Apparently wrong job offer

I received a letter of job offer Jan 2020 and used it to extend my work permit for one more year ( July 2020 till July 2021). in my IRCC application, i wrote that I have a Job offer. in this wonderful site, I see that job offer must be postPR approval. My AOR was July 9 /2020. what my boss should write in the new job offer ? he will not write a permanent job offer but only for one year. i try to submit any document before getting a rejection from IRCC ( but wired that my profile did not specify POST period JOB OFFER).. PLEASE advice
