Hi All,
I have received the ITA recently. My current job offer shows that the expired date is September 1, 2022. If I submit my PR application in next month (November 2020). Will my job offer be treated as a valid job offer (at least one year after I get a PR) ?
Do I still need to ask my manager to state that he will hire me at least one year after I get a PR?

I have a LIMA exempted work permit. Yes, I used the offer for the 50 points.
It should be ok since you have a job offer until 2022.

Yes. I worked for my current employer from Oct 1, 2019. The original job offer should expire on Sep 30, 2021. But last month my employer just extended it to Sep 1, 2022 to support my PR application. Recently I'm very upset about this meets the requirements of a valid job offer or not.
