Submit hard copy application after getting PT nomination?

Hello there,

After the PT Ontario nomination message arrives what should be done next? :

1- follow the offline PDF application guide for (Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream), then send all documents by POST MAIL to Ontario?

2- or do something online within My CIC portal?

Have you got the PT notification today?
IF yes was it through a email to you or on CIC page.

Can you please provide the link.

My case:

I first created EE profile CRS 388 on 16th Oct 2015

I updated with my spouse IELTS WES on 1st Jan 2016

Current CRS 412.

Recreating EE profile is for people who created their before June 2015

Can I expect PT in this week

EE profile re-created in 1st Jan 2016.

I have no idea how or why how the nomination arrived to be honest.

You should receive an email telling you that you have a message in your CIC account then once you are logged in your account go to check your EE status and check new messages. your PT is just a long message that can be in a PDF format.
