I apply for study permit on 4 jan and I have not receive Submission Confirmation yet. is it normal?

There are many who have not received including me, seems like the case for anyone who has applied Dec onwards.

Yes me too, i lodged my application last january 5 and i still dont have the submission confirmation. I was worried because i thought i was the only one with this kind of situation

I didn't receive also the submission letter. I applied on 13 January but got biometric instruction letter on the following day. I think its normal now.

Hello,

There are lots of applicants who didn't get the acknowledgement message. I believe if you check your GcKey account, the confirmation of receipt date would have reflected there by now. I think you shouldn't be worried.

Actually, recently IRCC is not sending the letter of submission. What I have done:
I took a screenshot of the application page where mentioned the application number and date of application as well as application progress page. Upload to the student portal and send a mail to university office about your situation and action taken.

Myself Dec 2020 Non SDS Online applicant did not receive any confirmation in the beginning but did received BIL the very next 24 hours of my application. Two days ago out of sudden I received the Submission Confirmation in my CIC portal. Do take note that medical, biometrics was all completed back in Jan 2021.
