I want to do masters in canada universities

I completed my btech degree in industrial engineering and now i want to change my subject to computer science

scores
10th: 70%
12th: 81%
btech :73% (industrial engineering)
ielts:waiting for results..

Q1)is it possible for me to get admission in masters degree in computer science and information technology field or should i choose postgraduate diploma?

Q2)can get job after doing postgraduate diploama?

Q3)difference between pgdip and masters?

Q4)does scores sufficient for admission in universities?

Q5)can i face any visa rejection due to subject change?
