I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Science in Canada and will be graduating this year.
Can I enroll in another Social Support Worker program without applying for a PGWP and continue studying under my current study permit? My existing study permit is valid until 2027.
Can I apply PGWP after two programs?
I am considering applying for Express Entry under the Health Occupations category, where social support-related programs are included.
Your study permit is no longer valid 90 days after you finish your program. You need a new study permit and maybe PAL if changing DLI. Can you justify program with higher pay and career advancement being better than a Masters. Do you have work experience because you would lose a possible 3 year PGWP vs. one year PGWP. And Health occupations can change tomorrow.

So how are you eligible for health occupations category with even having experience in the field? You aren’t so risking with a program where permit may not even be approved, losing 3 year PGWP and expecting healthcare NOCs not to change in the next couple of years.
Agree how will a study permit get approved when it is clear this makes no sense other than you think this a pathway to secure PR. Would add that there is going to be so many people attempting the same thing. Your best option is likely to get the 3 year PGWP, try to find a good job and learn French.
