I wonder what the reason is.. ? What did they mention in their refusal letter ?

that I didn't satisfy them I would leave canada and the end of my stay.. and in reaching this they consider personal assets and financial status :/

Well the Visa Office doesn't take decisions about applications , it's the embassy rules.

The reason we have VFS in Cairo is that no everybody can pay online and most of us as you know don't trust anything online so they prefer to use the paper applications.

Other than that , it's the embassy rule.

But since I have applied on the 2nd of July and got no answer yet , maybe it is a good sign..? Idk :/

Anyway tell me if you are going to re-apply and what was your assets.

I hope that it's a good sign and for you to get your visa! don't take my case as a reference! I think you're egyption but I'm palestine so there is a deference.
yeah I'm planing to apply next monday and as of my assets I showed house and land in my name.
