study visa and open work permit for the spouse together..

Along with my student visa (univ category) for this fall 2013,we have applied open work permit for my spouse and temporary visa for my kid..what are the chances of getting thru? will there be delay ?

Chances are low in such visa. But nobody can tell except Visa Officer. You can expect delay.
