Hi All,

Currently I have been wait listed for Fall 2018 at Nova scotia community college. I am in touch with admission center and ex-students who were also wait-listed, they told me usually in Last week of July or in First week of August will come to know more clear about admit. Will it be okay to apply for study permit thereafter? Please let me know. Thanks

I have been waitlisted too by OCAD in Octario Too late for me to apply for study permit. Utterly dejected

Thanks for replying. I am sorry to hear about your application status, both of us are in same boat. Have tried talking to Ex-Students, who were in similar situation! Do you know your number in waitlist? Mine is 8 or 9 they did not tell me exact. They just gave me date from where wait-list was started and date when my application completed.

Apparently my waitlist is not ranked. So I wouldn't know. And they won't say anything a slot opens up. From just google I learnt that they might let me know the final verdict first week of September. Too late! visa processing time is roughly 16 weeks for me

Oh okay. Sorry to hear that friend. I understand your frustration/Anxiety as I am going through same at this moment.
