Study Permit with 5.5 in One module but for Vocational program.

Hello, I had completed my 12th grade in English medium . And I also did my ielts and got 6.5 overall with L-7,S-6,R-5.5,W-6.5 . Now , I am eligible for most of schools in Canada with these acadamic profiles. Where most of schools even don't need ielts score for that course. I am going for Pilot Training Course not for aviation degree. So, Can I get rejection because of Language abilities while my course didn't need high language abilities ? Help!!!!
