Dear All

Need expert advise, I applied last year for University of Toronto and award 4 Years Study Permit Letter, but Visa was grant for one year which expired Now which I was unaware. I travel to Pakistan a month ago and now wishes to travel back but my travel agent asking me to reapply for Temporary Resident Visa . Please advise should I reapply the TRV ?

What Docs required, as last year I provided all financial documents so this time I required the same finance ?

Regards

Usman

i think if u have valid study permit ,trv and still studies left.so u wont require visa. visa is just valid for year or less for entry to country. Rest wait for seniors to reply. may be wrong

1. Ignore ms.mech
2. You require a TRV to return to Canada, and since you have returned to Pakistan you have to apply for a TRV.
3. The instructions are here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/visas/trv-apply_demande-vrt.aspx?view=d
4. Ensure that you include a copy of your study permit.
5. You realize of course that the processing time is 40 days for a TRV? I am assuming your original TRV was single entry.
