Study permit to work permit

Hi guys,

I would like to find out that if i am currently on valid study permit but i got myself a job offer. So i will not continue my study and want to start working as soon as possible. Can I cancel my full time study permit and apply for Open work permit ?

You can apply for a CLOSED work permit. To qualify for a closed work permit you'll need a job offer from an employer and an approved LMO (also provided by the employer).

Yep what i mean is to work Full time.
1) Am i allow to apply closed work permit in Canada during the transition of study permit to work permit ? Or i need to leave Canada to apply for my work permit ?
2) How about my study permit, will it cancel automatically once if VO grant me a work permit?
3) To apply in Canada while i am still with my valid study permit or exist from Canada to apply from outside Canada? which one is a better option?
