Study permit to Lmia work permit

Hello Everyone I need your help. I am an international student on my3rd term only 1 term to go+ internship. I have an lmia job offer, now I wanted to accept..My concerns are:

What happens to my study permit while waiting for work permit application? Can I keep studying?
What if that WP application is refused? And my study permit still valid, Can I continue studying?
