Study permit to Canada

Hi,

I'm in the United States with my visitor's visa, I applied and was accepted in Trinity Western University in Canada, how long would it take if I apply for a student Visa? I'm a Samoa citizen, and a permanent resident in American Samoa. Is it possible to receive a student visa in just 2 weeks? Because my permit in the United States ends in 2 weeks.
