Study Permit still processing

Hi,
I applied for study permit online from Dubai, UAE in august for september intake. My visa didn’t come in time so i had to get a deferral acceptance letter for january 2019. I submitted that to CIC online and since then there has been no update on the application. They haven’t even started reviewing my eligibilty.
It has been almost 10 weeks now. What should i do?

This is exactly the same situation with me, Abu Dhabi office is killing the candidates by dealing them all of this time, I applied on 28th August and until now no update.

Just pray and do something useful.

The normal processing time has been exceeded by 2 weeks until now.

Does this delay mean approval?

I applied from dubai so it went to Abu Dhabi as there is only canadian embassy in UAE

When i uploaded the documents online, there was no additional option to upload any other file. I just filled in their application forms and uploaded bank statements and a photograph
