I applied on August 25th through SDS stream from Pakistan. Here is my timeline:

Application resubmitted: August 25th
Upfront Medical exam updated: October 13th
Eligibility review started: October 15th

Its been 9 weeks and I am still waiting for a decision. Could someone please let me know that if my sister received her permanent residence in Canada after I applied for my study permit, do I need to update IRCC about it?
