Study Permit pending with IRCC for more than 5 months

I have applied for the study permit with a completed application (including biometric and medical results) on 18th Feb 2020. On 24th May 2020, I communicated my concerns for the delay regarding my application to IRCC I got rely that IRCC is working on processing applications as quickly as possible. Till date, my study permit application status is “In Process” only.
My question are

1. Should I IRCC again with another webform enquire about my application progress?
2. Has anyone from India got Study permit recently

My case is even more pessimal. I want to share my timeline with you.

Jan 28 - Submitted application online
Jan 29 - Request for biometrics
Feb 13 - Completed Biometrics
Feb 27 - Received request for medical exam
March 27 - CIC informed me I passed medicals
April 3 - I received correspondence of biometrics

I suppose to have my studies last May 2020 but this happened. As of the moment got no progress.

yea they are currently reviewing my eligibility and its like a month or more already.

Same situation for me, keep waiting, we can't do too much in this situation, but if you have any concerns, you can raise webform.

No they won't. VFS in my region has been open since April, yet things stay the same -- in progress but not review

still we do not know how long they will take to process the application.

You must raise a webform, let's hope for best!

All students whose medical got cleared and review of eligibility started in March/April can actually raise webform, there is a guy who got reply that he is accepted but due to VFS centres unavailability, they will send him mail once VFS will open.
