Hello guys,
I have applied for a study permit on the 4th of April through VFS on the CIC website the processing time for the United Arab Emirates has been updated to 12 weeks. My time has exceeded 12 weeks. It has now been 13 weeks and a few days since i applied. Do you have any idea when i will be expecting my visa? Also is there a chance for refusal after such a long time processing?
