Form named IMM1294E study permit, there's is Background section, and I am really confused to answer the question number 2 which says: Check the box to indicate if you have ever:
1.applied for any Canadian visa(s) either as a Permanent Resident, Temporary Resident (Visitor, Student, or Worker), or a Temporary Resident Permit.
2.been refused any kind of visa to travel to Canada.
Because My Husband had applied Permanent Residence for Canada and I am mentioned as his spouse and filled and signature every necessary form but in the end our application got refused under FSW and now as a married woman I am trying to get a study permit but i am confused whether I should say "yes" to the above question or I should say "No" just because I was not the main Applicant.
