Temporary Resident Visa form with study permit

I am applying from pakistan for study permit of canada, Please any body guide me about this thing that will I submit temporary resident visa form with study permit or it is not neccessary with study permit form.

Yes you have to. I submitted my application at Gerry's and they categorically mentioned to submit the form along with the application.

Till now, I have seen all the applicants (even from pakistan) submitting study permit application ONLY. It is even mentioned in CHC website that an approved study permit application will automatically entitle the applicant to get a TRV on the passport if required. But I don't know about any change of rule in Pakistan. Better to make sure about it than submitting duplicate application since that can cause confusion as to whether you are applying for a permit or just a TVR.

I agree!.. I had the TRV form filled but but it wasnt part of the Visa application. Luckily enough, I went to Gerry's a day before I submitted my applcation for a quick check on my file. They mentioned that the file is complete, except the TRV form. I asked them the same question regarding the duplication of information. He instead told me that embassy normally these days asks for this form sooner or later. I eventually submitted this form with my application on 11th October.
