Study permit extension

i applied for my study permit extension two days ago but after submitting the application, i realized that there were some mistakes in the form. then i raised a web form explaining that. Now my international advisor said the LOA i uploaded in the co-op letter field already expired in may. i will need to reapply with relevant documents. if i withdraw my application, how much time will it take to withdraw, and would i be able to apply right after requesting the withdrawal?
