Hi, I am currently a full-time student and I need information about a study permit extension.

My study visa is expiring on December, 22 and I need to repeat one semester, which I am intended to do on winter 23. It will be great if anyone can tell me what all documents I require, I know I require documents from the Uni, but I am confused about how much funds do I need to show for the extension, I have been doing research on the internet and got to know I need to show 10000 CAD but that's for 1 year. As I will be repeating the semester in winter 22, still do need to show funds for 1 year.

Will this cause any trouble for a work visa?
