Study permit extension

If my study permit is ending at nov30 and study is being continued till december and at the same time i want to apply for another year course and extension for that.
Do i need to extend it twice or I can do it with one application.

If you have the documentation/offer letter for the next year, you can apply once. Just explain clearly in your SOP.
