study permit extension after 1 year course

Are there any chances of study permit extension rejection if I plan to do two different 1 year course OR is it just a process to extend the study permit if you opt for another 1 year course after your existing 1 year course completion within Canada (same college).

it's usually not at all a problem. Even in the case where 1 year program wasn't completed in 1 year and student needs another 6 months permit to complete the program. If you opt for another program after completion of first program, there shouldn't be any problem at all. I haven't come across any such cases where anyone mentioned being denied unless there is an issue with the application as in eligibility criteria or permit being abused in any way.
