Study permit extension

I have completed my one post secondary program project management in April 2018 and next program is getting started in September 2018 which is human resource management
My study permit expired on 31 st of July 2018 and I already applied for my study permit extension on 6th of June 2018 but even after 60 days I am still waiting for my study permit extension
Is there any similar case too?
My concern is what it’s taking this much time if the online application processing time is 34 days and when I called at immigration office they are telling me to get patience

Yea something similar, but i got a message in my account which says my file has been transferred to a local office. Are you experiencing same?

i received an email 2 hours ago and my application got approved

i applied on june 6 its online applicaiton and its a study permit extention

Jojocat, congrats! Did you received a notification by email or did you just check your profile? In my online application, the status of my application now appears as approved and I have my new document number in my profile. This happened yesterday evening. However, I have not received any email yet!
