Study Permit Extension Delay (September 2019)

I applied for an extension on Oct 21st. Still waiting!!
Due date to upload study permit is Jan 10 for George Brown College.
Idk what should I do?
Any advice?

Call CIC, applied Oct 4 and still waiting

I did! they said to follow the processing time. It was the only answer!

Talk to your university and mail them the proof that you have applied way before but still waiting for the decision! The speed by which the CIC is approving extensions right now there’s hardly any chance for you to meet your deadline of Jan 10th so better talk to your university there’s nothing much you can do

u can study n stay till the decision comes if u have applied extension atleast before 30 days of study permit expiry

Sooo bad new!! George Brown doesn't give any extension. January 17 is due to withdraw a course. Otherwise, if I get rejected, I will waste my all money. They were so helpful as always. !!!!

Applied on Aug 18th still waiting, not even eligibility review. Does the immigration lawyeror local MP help in this?
