I just called them, they say the application which were sent after Oct 6 has not been even started. As well as processing time is 98 days

Well, I have applied on OCt 3 and still nothing. And it is way more longer then yours

Hello, I submitted an online application to extend my study permit on September 20th. Initially the processing time was 39 days approximately and now it is more than 70. They haven't reviewed my eligibility.
Did anyone apply within the same time and got their extension, or at least the eligibility pass?

Yes I went for Biometrics Oct 8th and haven’t heard nothing concerning Medical since then

I logged in today at 12:30 pm and my application status changed from "Submitted" to "Application/profile updated", but there were no messages or any changes. I logged in again today at 2:30 pm and it's back to "Submitted". Did this happen with anyone else? Could it just be a glitch?

I heard from others that is 'ghost update'. That means your application is being checked now.
