It was approved and I sent my passport a week ago ..how long does the passport process usually take ?

i applied study permit extension on june 25th. it's been more than 70 days and still waiting. i called the office couple of times and no one knows anything. i have 20 more days until my visa expires and don't know what to do. anyone in the same situation?

Office said that i need to continue my education because i have a valid study permit until the end of sept. I'm graduated from 1 year culinary skills program and made a bridge to 2nd year culinary management program. I'm attending classes now but I don't know what to do if I don't get any response until end of this month.

Honestly, even if you do not receive any reply, you will be able to study and graduate and apply for work permit ; it is what they told me, but still waiting time is stressful

You can study with and old permit, even if it’s expired; because you will become under implement status. My visa and study permit expired in July and I am studying

That's true, you can continue studying !
But what I really wanted to know what about your "Eligibility Review"

Call IRCC tomorrow and ask about your "Eligibility Review", if it's passed or not.

Also, did you get any email about your file being transferred to local IRCC office ?

I'm graduated in april and applied for extension in june. No gap, nothing dropped. Just applied with my husband's-Open work permit extension-

Otherwise the processing time is 35+ days on average.

I applied on July 3rd and was approved Aug 9 .

There were delays for those who applied with spouses, and it took 60-100 days on average for them.

Like I said call tomorrow and just ask about eligibility review for your app and husbands app as well.
