Biometric and UCI updated - Sept 19th
Eligibility has not started yet because it says they will send a message when they do so.
My study permit (solo applicant) expires on November 18th. I couldn't apply early because I was outside Canada and had some financial issues.
Scared, I pray and hope everyone gets it.

Usually after additon of UCI and biomtetrics it is usually silence, until a decision is made that is when the BVL drops and in a couple of day(s) the approval. Yours will come.

Hi guys,
I am currently applying for a study permit extension ( I applied for it 1 month before expiration date of my current permit). My questions is if it is rejected by IRCC, does that mean I will be instantly out of status and have to leave Canada right away?

My current permit is already expired, and I have a visitor visa that is gonna expire at the end of the year (Dec 24)

Some people told me that I could reapply for a complete new study permit and some told me I need to either apply for a visitor record or going home to reapply for a new study permit. Could someone shed some light on this please?

Yeah, it has been exactly 23 days for me, I'm hoping for something in the next two weeks, but I know people who applied from back in April got in like 20 days, and also, people who applied at the end of July got it after 2 months, so hoping something by November before my permit expires.
