Today I received my VISA (study permit) is valid till January 2023 that based on validation of my passport, but my study 4 years till 2025, so the extension of study permit in 2023 will be difficult or easy process?

just make sure you renew your passport early and apply for extension 3-4 months prior to study permit expiry date.
