Hi,

Greetings of the day!

I received a study permit PPR request on 30 March 2023, and the PPR request document is valid for only one month. I am an Indian passport holder, my passport is expiring on the month of 13 November 2023. As mentioned in the study permit that(1. Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada. 2. Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport).

What shall I do in this scenario? Shall I get my passport stamped (because the study permit PPR request is valid only for a month) or After getting stamped how to reapply to extend my study permit PPR in India? or Do I need to get the first stamp on my old passport and after reaching Canada I should need to request for extension of my study permit on my renewed passport?

Please guide!!!
