Study permit expires before graduate if i do coop

Hi, i will be doing a 2 year college program with optional co-op after the first year. If i happen to do co op, i will basically have an extra semester and graduate one semester later. However, my permit expires when im supposed to graduate without doing co-op.

Do i extend my permit then?
