Study permit delay

Hello all! So, I submitted my study permit application on July 1st through the SDS program. Since I had previously submitted my biometrics when I applied for a 10-year TRV, which was approved in 2022, I didn’t need to resubmit them. However, I never had the chance to travel to Canada. I completed my medical exam upfront in early June and passed it on August 6th. I was supposed to join my university this fall, but I still haven’t received my study permit. I contacted the Canadian office through the webform, but I haven’t received any response. Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay, or might know of any helpful information?
