Hi,
My study permit has this condition:
"1.NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN CHILDCARE, PRIMARY/SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHING, HEALTH SERVICE FIELD OCCUPATIONS."
And I work at a hospital in two different Administrative Support role; one of them as a staff scheduler, where I do not have any contact with patients and the other position as a screener where I do interact with patients that arrive at the hospital.
I have sent my study permit to the IRCC to amend this condition and I have completed my medical exam by a panel physician.
However, I have not heard back since I sent it in August and it's been over a month that I have not received any correspondence from IRCC.
I am not sure if I can continue working in my current roles.
My question is am I okay to work in my current roles while my application to amend those conditions are being processed? Do I need to take any steps in terms of my employment?
