Hello
Good evening
I want to apply for the Canada study visa but my challenge is the financial sponsor. My families are abroad, yet to get their greencards and I don’t want to use their account because it can complicate my chances of visa acceptance.
Does anyone know of a way I could build an account personally?
Yes o. I am still here, I am Nigerian but I applied from Dubai
Application date- 21 nov
Biometrics. - 1st December
Ghost update 5th December
I am still waiting patiebrntly, school resumes 6th of January[/QUOTE
Hi dear
Pls kindly let me no how ur application goes. 0554814385 is my number
If you are interested in hearing the truth, and still ready to proceed despite the challenges, you are welcome here. If you want to be pampered, please go elsewhere.
I am here offer advise to anyone who is Nigerian and needs assistance in navigating the dangerous waters of Canadian study permit application. Identify what the problem might be and how to possibly over come them.
It would be better to come here before you apply, rather than after you have applied, it might be too late to assist you then. Also, never rush to put in an application, if you are rejected once, your chances of being rejected a second time increases by about 60-70%.
Looking forward to assisting anyone with question here.
I am about to apply for study visa for my Post graduate program, I'm planning to submit it 1st Jan 2020 just gathering all the documents. I have sufficient proof of funds from my dad, I have travel experience. In my SOP letter I have written a lot and told them I'm currently working and after my studies will come back and continue in my office. Now I'm thinking of getting a letter from the office to support that, please is this necessary and what should i put in the letter please.

Thanks for visiting this thread. I hope well. I am using this to respond to the mail you sent to me as well.
I cannot honestly tell you what your chances her with regards to visa approval are, unfortunately. Under normal circumstances, if you diligently follow the guidelines I have laid out on this thread on how to apply for a study permit you should get it. Things have become much harder at the Canadian embassy for Nigerian study permit applicants. So I honestly do not know how to advise you. If you feel strongly about it, then you can still put in the application and hope for the best.
Hello please someone help with an explanation on this.
I had three Ghost updates, eligibility started with the second ghost update and background check has been on.
The last or third Ghost update was yesterday.
Also, I did upfront medicals which expired on Nov 28 and my medicals say "I do not need medicals...."
My application is 4 weeks old, does this mean I should expect feedback soon?
