Submitted my application on March 06th.
Biometrics completed on March 11th.
Medicals Passed on June 25th.

My review of eligibility is as below:

Does this mean my eligibility review started ? How are you all getting to know if eligibility review has started on your applications ? Please help ! Thanks

I applied from India and couldn't submit my biometrics because of VACs closure. I don't need to do medicals since I am a returning student. My previous permit got expired a week ago. I am surprised that my eligibility review hasn't been started yet even though I applied back in April. Anyone applied from India whose eligibility review has already been started?

Yes many applicants from India have had their review of eligibility started who had applied in May and June as well.. Even those with incomplete applications..

from which country you're applying? I am wondering since I applied more than a month before you (non-sds) and still they haven't started my eligibility review.
