it was just a ghost update at one minute status was updated and after few minutes it changed back to your action is required

Did you get any email from IRCC about the update or you just happened to log into your GCKey account and saw the status as changed and after expanding the status update it went back to 'action required'.

I mean it's a good sign, they're probably working on your application. Does that also mean having biometrics is not necessary for them to at least start working on your application, say maybe determine one's eligibility?

I have applied on 15th October
Biometric done on 19th October
DLI approved on 3rd November
Biometric Status Complete 5th November

Nothing else has changed

no email from ircc i check my GC key every day in the morning(IST)

Bank statement required just for non-SDS correct?

For SDS GIC and full year fees should be sufficient?
