Hey there klgirl.
Update:
I finally received a letter from CIC asking me to submit my passport today. Actually, when I messaged them last week wishing to find out when I would get further update, they replied saying that since my study would only commence in Fall, they had put my application on hold and would review it again in mid-June. So it came as a pleasant surprise when I finally got my letter today.
All the best to your application.
This is great news! You received the letter in your email right? Assuming that they have already started processing fall applications, and you got your letter 3 months before start of your class (and you get your passport back next week) then, I should expect the same either by end of August or same time september. Really happy for you. Stay in touch.

Yup in my email, exactly three months till the commencement of my class.. But I will only submit my passport end of next week since I'm currently outstationed.. so I'm expecting to get it back after Raya maybe.
Lets do our part and hope for the best! And be patient and prepared.

fantastic! It is also recommended to not to travel too early as well. -30 days is acceptable, and anything +30 days will get you tough time at the port of arrival. Again, good luck!

But my police certifcate has a validity period of half year, or so I have been told by the ministry. You might wanna look into it since you attached it upfront some time back.

Hi already sent it to visa application centre at Wisma MCA two weeks ago. Got it back from Singapore in less than a week. Will collect it in person when free.
