This is my first time experience with immigration services. I applied for a study permit online application at IRCC portal on 27th Nov. Received a biometrics instruction letter on 28th Nov. Scheduled appointment for 2nd Dec at VFS New Delhi and gave my biometrics. Post that, no further information has been received except your biometrics have been completed and we do not need additional documents. We are processing your background check.
My MS course will start from Jan 8, 2020 and i'm waiting for a convincing response from IRCC that my permit will get approved. So that, i would be able to book my flight tickets. Anyone with related experience so far?
Yes i did my biometrics on 4th Dec. Still didn't not receive any update. How many days will it usually take to get Visa approved after biometrics? Anyone have any idea?

Okay. Anyways, I'm sure you must have taken care of that. In my case, i used the SOP outline of one of my friends who used it by himself as well for his study permit application. His application got approved and it worked for me too.
