The mean reason is that we didnt send maintained bank statement thats why they raised this issue

My refusal reason is "Purpose of Visit and not satisfied me to leave Canada after authorized stay...

Visa Ratio is very low in Toronto that's why they make issue and they also have doubt on your program duration... you should Appeal now to reconsider your file cuz you can easily overcome these issue, In Sha Allah you will get visa

Ask your consultant btw i will re apply in mid of march and you should also re apply but after few time

Is there a list for the documents needed?
The official cic document lists for paper based application dont ask for employment letter in Pak, education docs and IELTS result.
Do I need to submit all these with the paper application? Some old threads have included them in the list but the requirments seem to have changed after the visa office switched from ISL to Abu Dhabi
