Study Permit Amendment Help

Hi ,

I just send away my study permit asking to amend it to allow me work off-campus. I enclosed my passport, letter from unviersity, filled form and original study permit. There was also request for photocopy of another government issued document indicating an error has been made. I did not include that, as I do not have a document indicating an error has been made. Have you got any experience with that? Should I be affraid of rejecting?

Had mine amended too. Sent it last Aug 17, still waiting for it to be sent back. But why did you include your passport? You only need a photocopy of it.
