Study Permit after IELTS General

Hi,

I have been trying for PR for the past 1 year and I have appeared for IELTS General 2 times.

Now,am planning for my higher studies in Canada and am planning to write Academic Exam.

Will VO look into my IELTS appearance history and deny my study permit??

Please guide in the same.

IELTS Academic is the one they will look for. No one is worried about your IELTS attempts (General or Academic).
There have been cases where people had applied for PR and during the process they applied as student and as both
cases run parallel and have no bearing on each other, they were granted student visa. It's best to get advice from a
immigration lawyer as well, but for IELTS I am sure there's no problem as to attempts or stream etc.

Also, I have studied M.E in India and having 3.5 years work experience as software engineer in India.

Am I eligible to do Project Management in Canada? Some ppl say that PG Diploma after Masters' wont work out..

Please help on the same..

If not help me in finding courses to study for 1 year in Canada after Masters'
