Hello Friends,
My name is Ali. I did two master degrees, one from Pakistan in Finance and the other from Dubai in banking and finance. I want to apply for a study visa in canada but don't want to do a Phd. Please suggest me any finance related courses that can help me out. I have completed my 18 years of education. What is their equivalency in canada ?
Can I go for a PG or other diplomas in a particular area under finance to sharpen my skills ?

You can try for a post graduate diploma. You will need to write a very compelling LOE to explain to IRCC why you want to pursue this level of education after two Master's degrees. The PG diploma you select must be from a public college (not private) and should be very tightly tied to your work experience and/or allow you to get further specialization so that you can explain why it makes sense that you are choosing to pursue these studies in Canada.
You'll need to do the research yourself on schools and possible programs.

For further specialization, I'm saying that your studies may be based around an area related to your previous studies where you want to specialize further. I can't help you beyond that. It's really up to you to determine applicable areas of specialization for yourself.
Just to add - if you go for another Master's, you'll still need to explain why. Doesn't really make much sense to go for either another Master's or a PG diploma after two Master's. So you need to create a really convincing argument for this. PhD makes the most sense.
If you go the third Master's route, make sure you pick a top school in Canada.

Might be or might not be. Will depend on the school and program. You'll need to research that yourself and contact the schools you are interested in attending to find out about funding.
