Study in Quebec to gain points for Express Entry

Hello,

I have plan to study in a college in Montreal for two years and then move to Toronto to work there for two years as well, to gain point of "Post-secondary education in Canada" and point of "Canadian work experience".
My question is, according to different Quebec immigration regulations, is my plan effective for Express entry and can I gain points for Express entry in this way?
