moving to quebec while express entry in progress

Hello,

I have a valid postgraduate work permit in Canada. I have 449 points, and would plan to apply for express entry. I am currently in Toronto.

However, I have an opportunity in Quebec that I would like to start as soon as possible.

How long after applying for express entry, and what stage of the process can I start working in Quebec, without it causing issues with the express entry PR application ?
