Study 2nd diploma while post grad work permit

I m holding post grad work permit (pgwp)nowadays, planning to get one more diploma for more education scores, while working under this pgwp.

Can I take fully online program instead of blended/ in campus program?

If fully online program is eligible in EE, should I get a new study permit while having pgwp at the same time?

Unless the study doesn't require a permit (shorter than 6 months) you will need a study permit to take the course (unless it's entirely online in which case it likely will not qualify for EE education points). More importantly, if you have a study permit your work won't count as Canadian Experience.
