Hello people,
my course is over in august 2014.My study permit and visa is valid till august 2015.I am going back to India .
My question is whether i can come back within the 90 day period from completion of my course(i.e. august 2014) to apply for the work permit .I have my tickets booked .Can i come back to apply within 90 days to apply for my work permit .Need urgent reply !

R u sure buddy because i dont have any reason to come back..no work permit or study permit ....i judt have the right and that is to apply for work permit within 90 days ..r u sure i can reenter

1. You need TRV (not Study Permit) to re/enter Canada. Your TRV is valid up to August 2015. Your SP remain valid during those 90 days.
