Tuesday will get you the best price, airline booking sites' statistics show.
This is primarily due to the start of the week, note that prices go up during the weekend.

I have applied for Study Visa under univ category on 19th May. Its 27th May and still no status update the status shows "being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI". I am very worried since I saw ppl getting visa in 2-3 days who applied 1 week before me

wen u update the list, u could also put in whether the application was done online or through vfs(if vfs...which vfs)... might be helpful for the others too..

Those people including me applied in the starting of May so at that time there was less rush of application.Thats y our cases were processed fast.
Be patient as the average time for Indian students is 3 weeks.

yes i guess i missed the best time for application by a week or so. Still the wait is bit scary and frustrating.
@manoj: i did everything on my own. Starting from applying to univs till visa application. I applied via paper based application(vfs).
