Maybe because of following reasons:
VO is not convinced your course is relevant to your current employment.
You did not give affidavit/undertaking from sponsors for living expenses.
You did not show immovable property in your country(house).
Happened with me also one time, Good luck

How in the world do you show all of these if you are applying through SDS? The only provision with respect to finances is the GIC and Tuition fees payment receipt. So where would you upload things like property documents?

Yeah bro. I attached all them with the SOP. I did attach in my second time to foster my previous docs but nothing changed. For tuition payment, I am on full scholarship and the Scholarship certificate is enclosed with both the admission and financial support section.
